We are excited to offer the opportunity to join our expanding Technology Business Unit as a Level 2 IT Engineer. This role is integral to maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support for internal teams and external clients. As a Level 2 IT Engineer, you will handle escalated technical issues from the 1st Line Support team, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution. You will collaborate closely with the 3rd Line Support team for complex problems, mentor junior support staff, and manage relationships with third‑party suppliers. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery, security, and operational efficiency across our IT systems. - Prioritize and manage support tickets efficiently, balancing call handling with resolution tasks to ensure timely service delivery.
- Install, configure, and support IT systems and projects, ensuring they meet operational requirements and security standards.
- Offer on‑call support based on a shift rota, covering P1 incidents 24/7 to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
- Raise concerns, risks, and cyber incidents with the IT leadership team to uphold security and compliance standards.
- Follow internal documentation and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in support activities.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and work collaboratively with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to resolve incidents effectively.
