About The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Change Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering functional enhancements to critical organizational applications, ensuring they meet evolving business needs. Reporting to the IT Business Solutions Manager, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across various business functions, including subject matter experts, to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Your expertise will help translate complex business processes into clear, actionable deliverables that support organizational growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, all aimed at facilitating fast and effective IT system improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within IT or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools such as Visio, JIRA, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
