About The Role

Triad Group Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# Developer to join its dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that impact public safety, environmental sustainability, and government operations. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications utilizing the .NET Core framework alongside modern web technologies such as React, Blazor, or Angular.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of the organization by contributing to the full software development lifecycle—from initial concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance. Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive professional experience is essential, with a minimum of 8 years proven expertise as a C# Developer or in a similar software development role.
• Proficiency in C# programming language and the .NET framework, including .NET Core, is required.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, coupled with experience working within Agile or Scrum methodologies, is vital.
• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework, will be advantageous.
• Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
• Additional skills include experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as version control systems such as Git.
• Candidates must be eligible and willing to achieve a minimum of SC clearance, which requires residency in the UK for at least five years and the right to work in the UK.
