Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader will promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high‑performing team to drive operational efficiency. The role requires sales expertise, personalised service, and the ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

About You:
- Minimum 1 year people‑management experience, preferably in a high‑street fashion background
- Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a high‑street fashion background
- Experience managing large teams of 20 or more
- Experience working in a high‑turnover store
- Passion for fashion and a strong customer orientation
- Flair for visual merchandising, brand standards, and training
- Social media savvy, with the ability to leverage the brand’s image on these platforms
- Natural leader and authentic individual
