Who We Are:

Healthspan is the UK’s No. 1 Direct-To-Consumer for supplements and minerals. We’re passionate about empowering people to lead healthier, happier lives. As a trusted name in health and wellness since 1996, we craft premium-quality vitamins, minerals, and supplements designed to enhance nutrition and promote wellbeing. But our success isn’t just about the products we create, it’s about the people who make it all possible. This is all achieved through prioritising needs led consultation and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver needs-led, compliant customer consultations grounded in trust and genuine care
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive store environment where customers feel heard and supported
  • Provide accurate, clear, and responsible product guidance in line with Healthspan’s advisory approach
  • Build meaningful, long-term customer relationships and encourage community engagement
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across an intricate range within a regulated sector
  • Support store performance targets in a responsible, service-led manner

The Role:

As a Sales Associate, you are at the heart of the Healthspan in-store experience. You will deliver personalised, needs-led consultations, helping customers make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction is professional, empathetic, and compliant. Working as part of a high-performing team, you will contribute to a welcoming store environment while supporting sustainable performance through service-led engagement rather than a traditional sales approach.

About You:

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience (health & wellbeing experience desirable but not essential)
  • Comfortable having meaningful, sometimes sensitive conversations with empathy and maturity
  • Committed to on-going learning - working with large intricate product range
  • Strong attention to detail with an understanding of the importance of compliance
  • A natural relationship-builder who earns trust through credibility and authenticity
  • Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people make informed choices

Interview Process:

If you are shortlisted for the position the hiring manager will arrange an informal telephone screening to discuss your affinity with the sector and share how much opportunity there is within Healthspan.
