Location: Hammersmith, LONDON

Contract: Full Time - Permanent

Contract Type: 4 days office / field 1 day WFH

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus

We are looking for an Operations Manager to sit at the centre of our retail operation - taking ownership of store performance, operational delivery and the standards that keep everything moving brilliantly behind the scenes. This is not a traditional operations role. No two days are the same and the right person will thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where ownership, problem solving, commercial awareness and strong execution genuinely matter.

Retail Operations Manager Role:

  • You’ll own the day-to-day operational performance of a group of stores and retail projects, making sure they run efficiently, consistently and in line with agreed standards.
  • Own the day-to-day operational performance of assigned stores and projects.
  • Ensure staffing, stock, logistics and compliance are delivered effectively and consistently.
  • Act as the key operational contact for store-related issues, actions and performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs including compliance, staffing efficiency, service standards and store readiness.
  • Identify performance gaps and take corrective action to improve delivery.
  • Line manage Operations Executives where applicable, setting priorities and ensuring follow-through.
  • Coordinate inputs from multiple teams to ensure seamless execution across stores and projects.
  • Manage relationships with key operational suppliers including maintenance, logistics and facilities.
  • Support and where appropriate lead the operational delivery of new store openings and activations.
  • Oversee post-launch stabilisation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to improving processes, tools and ways of working across Agile Retail.
