The Role: Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Team Leader is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalised service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!

About You:
- Min 1 year people management experience preferably from a HS fashion background
- Min 2 years retail experience preferably from a HS fashion background
- Previous experience managing large teams
- Worked in a high turnover store before
- Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated
- Flair for VM, brand standards and training
- Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brands image though it
- Natural leader and authentic individual
