The Role: As Retail Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for your store’s performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional results in sales, service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback
- Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and team engagement
- Maintain high product knowledge and ensure your team is fully trained and confident in communicating IQOS features
