The Role:
- Reporting to the Store Manager you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Contribute to optimising inventory management, increase sales and customer satisfaction, and ensure execution of the brand and visual standards in the store.
- Driving sales and profitability while operating a well-organised environment.
- Keep the stockroom organised and running smoothly.
- Manage deliveries, replenishment, and E-commerce order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and execute markdowns efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor is fully stocked and visually on point.
- Uphold brand and operational standards at all times.
- Look for ways to improve stock flow, sales, and customer experience.
About You:
- Min 1 year Operations Manager experience, preferably from a HS fashion background.
- Managed a high turnover operation before.
- Understands the success of the shop floor is intrinsically linked to the stockroom.
- Tech savvy – RFID experience preferred but not essential.
- Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual.
- Highly organised.
