Role:
- Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader will promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high‐performing team to drive operational efficiency.
- The role requires sales expertise, personalised service, and the ability to build and maintain long‐term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and inspire the team, leading them to success
- Role model the brand's mentality by leading by example
- Act as the customer champion and brand ambassador
- Provide on‐spot coaching to drive daily progress
About You:
- Minimum 1 year people‐management experience, preferably in a high‐street fashion background
- Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a high‐street fashion background
- Experience managing large teams of 20 or more
- Experience working in a high‐turnover store
- Passion for fashion and a strong customer orientation
- Flair for visual merchandising, brand standards, and training
- Social media savvy, with the ability to leverage the brand's image on these platforms
- Natural leader and authentic individual
