Role:

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Leader will promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high‐performing team to drive operational efficiency.
  • The role requires sales expertise, personalised service, and the ability to build and maintain long‐term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and inspire the team, leading them to success
  • Role model the brand's mentality by leading by example
  • Act as the customer champion and brand ambassador
  • Provide on‐spot coaching to drive daily progress

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year people‐management experience, preferably in a high‐street fashion background
  • Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in a high‐street fashion background
  • Experience managing large teams of 20 or more
  • Experience working in a high‐turnover store
  • Passion for fashion and a strong customer orientation
  • Flair for visual merchandising, brand standards, and training
  • Social media savvy, with the ability to leverage the brand's image on these platforms
  • Natural leader and authentic individual
