The Role: Retail Store Manager
As Retail Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for your store’s performance, leading your team to deliver exceptional results in sales, service, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback
- Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets
- Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
