The Role:
- Reporting to the International Sales Director, your main focus as Store Manager is to cultivate brand awareness in the UK market, while promoting a positive shopping experience and building loyal customer relationships.
- You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards.
- You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members.
- You maximise the store's profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.
- Provide clear sales and productivity targets for the team to achieve, inspiring and developing them to be the best they can be.
- Align employee work schedules with sales plans to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
- Role model and develop a culture of outstanding service and best in class customer experience, ensuring every customer interaction is elevated.
- Advocate the importance of being a passionate Garage brand ambassador, building a team who are passionate about the brand.
- Deliver all visual merchandising directives to the highest possible standard.
- Develop the store's operational excellence with store availability always above expectations.
- Ensure the Store is working in a safe and compliant way throughout the day-to-day operations.
- Embrace the company's omni-channel goals and deliver in store as needed.
About You:
- Min 5 years Store Manager experience, preferably from a HS fashion background.
- Previous experience managing large teams approx. 20 plus.
- Managed a high turnover store before.
- Passion for fashion and is extremely customer-orientated.
- Flair for VM, brand standards and training.
- Social Media savvy and can further leverage the brands image though it.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, Inspirational leader & authentic individual.
