The Senior Project Manager Role:

- Take client briefs and turn them into clear, deliverable project plans.
- Carry out site surveys and feasibility assessments.
- Advise on build methods, materials and technical requirements.
- Build project budgets, Bills of Materials and manage project costs.
- Source suppliers, compare quotations and value engineer where appropriate.
- Prepare proposals, installation plans and client presentations for approval.
- Lead client communication, weekly WIP meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Brief design, production and installation teams throughout project delivery.
- Approve drawings, samples and technical specifications.
- Coordinate logistics, deliveries, site readiness and installation schedules.
- Act as the onsite point of contact during installations, resolving issues quickly while maintaining quality.
- Complete snagging, project handovers and final project documentation.
What's In It For The Senior Project Manager?
- Fast-growing retail business working with major global brands.
- High exposure to clients, creative teams, production teams and retail partners.
- A role with real ownership across retail fit outs, branded environments and experiential projects.
- Energetic, entrepreneurial culture where pace and accountability matter.
- Genuine variety across creative production, installations, live environments and retail activations.
- The opportunity to shape how Agile Retail delivers exceptional retail experiences as the business grows.

- Office gym / communal bar / cafe / dog friendly office / outdoor terrace.
- Quarterly company bonus.
- Enhanced paid holiday.
- Booze bar & snack area.
- Regular work socials inc summer & Christmas parties.

The Role Would Suit Someone Who Is:
- Experienced managing retail, experiential, interiors, live events or creative production projects.

- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, timelines and project profitability.
- An excellent communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships.

- Solutions focused with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional retail environments and customer experiences.

- SketchUp or AutoCAD.
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign).
