The Retail Sales Assistant Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a sales-led role where you'll educate adult smokers about IQOS, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help drive store performance in a highly engaging retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate adult smokers on the benefits of IQOS through engaging conversations, product demonstrations and guided trials.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while confidently driving sales performance.
- Support the Store Lead in achieving store targets and maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and merchandising.
- Support day-to-day store operations including opening and closing procedures, stock management, reporting and cash handling.
- Ensure all sales are completed in line with Challenge 25 and all regulatory and compliance requirements.
