The HR team is looking for a Regional HRBP to take ownership of the UK people strategy during an exciting period of retail expansion, with ambitious plans to scale significantly over the coming years. Reporting to the HR Director, field operations, this role offers genuine influence across both strategic and operational HR, partnering closely with senior leadership to shape culture, talent, performance, and organisational growth.

As the business footprint develops, you will play a key role in implementing the full people infrastructure, including recruitment platforms, performance frameworks, and scalable HR systems. Positioned within a fast‑paced and evolving environment, the role is ideally suited to a commercially minded HR leader who wants to move beyond traditional support functions and have a direct impact on the future growth and success of the business.

The Role

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the HR Director, provide counseling to regional leaders on how to handle employee relations issues, act as an expert on HR processes and people practices
  • Support change management execution in the store network
  • Support sales structure optimisation and organisational change by contributing to talent development initiatives that build and strengthen an internal talent pipeline
  • Guide and support management teams in the application of our policies and procedures
  • Participate in the roll out of HR projects, processes and/or corporate initiatives
  • Analyse/Monitor key people metrics and develop needed action plans to improve talent development and retention
  • Support regional leaders with compensation analysis, reporting requirements and data analytics
  • Support recruitment strategy to network, source and create a pipeline of candidates for high level management positions
  • Participate in Loss Prevention investigations
  • Support Health and Safety initiatives, policies and processes
  • Work closely with payroll/benefits to ensure compliance with the various process
  • Monitor and ensure understanding and compliance with UK employment laws as well as company human resources policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Min Level 5 CIPD qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist within a retail environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of UK employment laws, employee relations, best practices and recruitment practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
  • High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
  • Travel required as per business needs (approximately 30% of the time)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
