The Role: The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the Healthspan mission to life at a store level. You are a trusted presence for customers and colleagues, leading with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. You will support building and developing a high-performing team that delivers outstanding, compliant customer experiences, grounded in trust and genuine care. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, you will drive sustainable performance while fostering a loyal customer base and an engaged in-store community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop an empathetic team that delivers needs-led, compliant customer consultations.
