We are looking for a Business Support Executive to sit at the centre of it all - supporting senior leaders, driving office culture and helping keep the business running brilliantly behind the scenes. This is not a traditional office role. No two days are the same and the right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment where organisation, initiative and attention to detail genuinely matter.

Business Support Executive Role

  • Supporting the smooth running of the office whilst working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team across a broad range of operational and business support responsibilities.
  • Coordinating office socials, suppliers, venues and budgets.
  • Supporting the CEO and senior leaders with diaries, travel, expenses and meeting actions.
  • Keeping the office environment organised, stocked and running smoothly.
  • Supporting the rollout of Agile Retail’s new brand across the business.
  • Creating polished PowerPoint decks and branded materials.
  • Managing meeting rooms, office supplies, printing and day-to-day administration.
  • Supporting the wider business with proactive operational support.
