Role: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 12-24 Hours per week, MUST HAVE weekend availability
Salary: £13.45 per hour PLUS monthly store bonus

Agile Retail has over 20 years of staffing experience and has partnered with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand, to support their journey of creating a smoke-free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product. This revolutionary new product heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products and has a very loyal and continually growing customer base.
What the Retail Sales Assistant will be doing:
- Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
- Converting traditional tobacco users to heated tobacco users through in-store demonstrations and guided trials.
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
- Supporting opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
