We're hiring a Senior Marketing Lead (London-based) to build the best lead generation engine in the staffing industry. This is not a brand role or a corporate marketing seat. You will own every lever that puts qualified leads into our sales team’s hands, including campaigns, channels, copy, automation, lists, event coordination, and data analysis.
You’ll have the autonomy to test aggressively, eliminate what doesn’t work, and scale what does. Within 6 months, you should be running a multi-channel lead generation engine that consistently feeds our pipeline with sales-qualified leads every month.
We’re a small, fast-moving team. You’ll have ownership from day one, direct access to the CEO, and zero layers between your ideas and execution. If you’ve been waiting for a seat where output matters more than process, this is it.
What you’ll do:
- Build and launch multi-channel campaigns across content, social, paid, outbound, and ABM.
- Develop prospect lists and audience segments tightly aligned to our ICP.
- Write copy that converts: nurture sequences and social.
- Stand up and run our marketing automation stack (HubSpot is core; Clay and LinkedIn play heavy supporting roles).
- Support event planning and coordination.
- Report weekly on MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Test new channels and tactics relentlessly. Cut what’s not working. Scale what is.
- Partner directly with the CEO and sales team to align lead generation output with revenue targets.
What we’re looking for:
This role is built for an operator, not a strategist who outsources execution. You should be excited to write the email, build the workflow, pull the report, and ship the campaign yourself.
Required:
- 3-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear track record of lead generation results you personally built and shipped.
- End-to-end campaign ownership. You’ve planned, launched, measured, and iterated yourself.
- Multi-channel fluency across: outbound, paid, content, social, events.
- Hands-on marketing automation experience. You’ve built workflows, segmented audiences, and run nurture sequences in HubSpot (strongly preferred).
- Lead generation results you can defend with numbers: MQLs generated, pipeline influenced, conversion rates, channel performance.
- Comfort with sales-adjacent tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.
- Analytical fluency. You live in CRM reporting and make decisions based on data.
This role is not for you if:
- You prefer brand strategy over pipeline output.
- You need a big team or an established playbook to do your best work.
- You’re more comfortable optimizing existing campaigns than building from zero.
- You see marketing as a support function rather than a revenue driver.
Nice to have:
- Experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Experience marketing to staffing, recruiting, consulting, or professional services audiences.
- Background marketing to SMB or tech-enabled services buyers.
Compensation: Performance bonus and commission structure.
AI statement: We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analysing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
