We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in Security (Manned Guarding) in the North of England – field-based with office access (Bolton).

We are seeking a driven, commercially minded sales professional who is comfortable building a pipeline from scratch, developing long-term client relationships, and securing sustainable, profitable contracts. You will take full ownership of new business generation while also identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts.

  • Identify and secure new manned guarding contracts across the North of England
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and relationship building
