This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing luxury bespoke home furnishings brand that has established an excellent reputation and requires new talent to help manage growing sales. The business is now hiring a new Showroom Customer Care Assistant to help deliver increasing sales growth demand. Its a newly created role for the thriving new business that is going from strength to strength

The Showroom Customer Service Assistant is to provide day-to-day operational support to ensure the correct implementation of business touch points across ecommerce, retail and logistics are executed to an excellent level and in line with the omni-channel strategy.

This role will look to optimise the user journey experience on providing outstanding customer service through excellent social and communication skills, aftersales care strategy, and provide operational support to the Shoreditch Showroom.

The ideal candidate will be positive in character and highly proactive. They will be detail oriented, organised, and able to collaborate effectively with other team, while ensuring that the operational procedures and stock control processes are well managed.

Role requirements include:

  • Acting as the front-line digital interface with all customers via email and telephone
  • Managing digital customer interactions for all communication channels via Gorgias
  • Managing sales leads and providing expert product knowledge to convert sales
  • Managing all post-purchase support and answering where is my order queries.
  • Assisting with assembly and product fault queries for delivered sofas
  • Assisting with the sale and management of Ex Display and Clearance stock
  • Speaking to all potential cancelation and return customers


The ideal candidate experience includes:


  • Passion for Design & Interiors – You have a natural eye for aesthetics and an appreciation for high-quality design.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills – You can build relationships effortlessly, both in person and online.
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Ideally experience with a bespoke sales process environment
  • Motivated to be part of an exciting growing and collaborative business
  • Experience working across various platforms whether that be online or in person.
