We are seeking a skilled and dynamic SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of SAC projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end SAC implementations, possess excellent leadership capabilities, and demonstrate a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP Analytics Cloud projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, senior management, and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
3. Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
4. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
5. Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices in SAC delivery processes and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.
6. Technical Oversight & Solution Architecture: Provide expert advice on SAC capabilities, lead the design of scalable and robust solution architectures, and ensure seamless integrations with other SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BW, SAP HANA) or third-party systems. Drive alignment between technical implementation and business goals while maintaining best practices in data security and governance.
