Agile Analog is revolutionising the way Analog circuits are designed. We are developing a process agnostic design methodology that uses automation to accelerate the generation of circuits and IP for our customers. Using our innovative technology, we have the capability to design circuits faster, to a higher quality and on any silicon process.
Based in Cambridge with a fantastic new managed office, we are also one of the few companies continuing to embrace the flexibility of hybrid and remote working. Responsibilities:- We are looking for experienced analog design engineers to expand their IP portfolio.
- Develop new IP blocks and architectures.
- Expand your design experience.
- Be motivated by success and seeing your work on silicon.
- Grow and develop your skills.
- Be coached by expert analog design engineers.
- Develop multiple Analog IP cores in all areas especially Data Conversion IP and Power Conversion IP.
- Gain experience on multiple process nodes, including some of the most advanced processes available.
- Collaborate with customers to define and build analog subsystems within advanced SoCs.
- Self-sufficient and confident / proficient in tool usage and design fundamentals.
- Strong IP level system and transistor level design experience of mid to high complexity IPs - Eg) SAR ADCs, Sigma-delta ADCs.
- Comprehensive design experience of fundamental analogue building blocks in particular ADCs.
- Ability to provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers.
- Ability to support quality procedures across all analogue design disciplines.
- Design experience in low geometry CMOS processes (Must include 40 / 28 / 22 / 16 / 12nm).
- Nice to have 7nm and lower design experience.
- Mathematical approach to design tasks.
- Confident in customer-facing meetings and communications.
