We are looking for a proactive AOG & Operations Coordinator to manage urgent aircraft‑on‑ground requests and ensure seamless parts dispatch and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle urgent AOG enquiries with rapid response
- Coordinate with suppliers for immediate availability
- Arrange priority global shipments
- Maintain real‑time communication with operators and MRO teams
- Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and complete
- Track shipments and provide status updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus).
- Experience in road freight operations or logistics preferred.
