The predicted salary is between 37000 - 49000 £ per year.

Salary and Bonus: £37k - £49k depending on level of experience. Non‑contractual 14% bonus awarded annually.

Your role in our team:

  • Work as part of the CUK Academy Team, delivering technical training sessions on Service Engineering for agricultural machinery.
  • Require solid technical knowledge and teaching ability to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Main Duties:

  • Training Course Development: Plan and prepare training courses on agricultural machinery and related technologies for face‑to‑face and virtual delivery. Develop and update training materials to reflect current products, processes and industry standards. Support continuous improvement of training programmes based on feedback and industry trends. Support global academy projects and topics.
  • Training Course Delivery: Deliver training courses on agricultural machinery and associated technologies. Assess delegate progress and provide constructive feedback. Deliver courses in a safe and effective learning environment. Maintain safety standards during training sessions. Monitor welfare and safeguarding of delegates. Promote equal opportunities, diversity and inclusion.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with delegates to provide guidance and answer technical questions. Collaborate with product development and service teams to ensure training content accuracy. Liaise professionally with external stakeholders and build rapport with delegates, customers and dealers.
  • Team Development: Have full working knowledge of agricultural machinery products and technical processes. Participate in continuous professional development sessions. Work towards and complete relevant teaching qualifications.

Your profile:

  • Experience: Experience in the agricultural engineering industry or similar engineering background. Training delivery experience desirable but not essential. Understanding or interest in the agricultural industry desirable. Specialism in a product group (e.g., tractors or foragers) advantageous.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Level 3 Land‑Based Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint). Awareness of health and safety procedures. Ability to work independently and contribute positively to teamwork.
  • Communication: Positive attitude and flexible mindset. Confident and approachable to support learners. Strong communication skills for working with cross‑functional teams and external parties.
  • Organisation: Motivated to manage own workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail.
