Salary: £30,442.92 to £35,905.02 per annum includes market premium (SPM 1 to SPM4), Actual pro rata salary for 33 hours £27,151.79 to £32,023.37

About the Role
Based at our Duchy College campus in Stoke Climsland, we are looking for an experienced individual to be part of the delivery team for our agricultural teaching programmes. We welcome applicants with a wide skillset and experience in an agricultural setting, with a passion to transfer these skills to learners.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in a related subject. Experience of working in Agriculture is essential and candidates need to be confident they can deliver both practical and theory sessions to a range of students. Previous teaching experience is not essential, however, being able to demonstrate training or development of staff in the industry would be advantageous.
