The Opportunity: To strengthen our position in the UK agricultural market, we are looking for a Territory Manager with expertise in used agricultural machinery. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the agriculture equipment business, a strong existing network, and a hunger to grow. As Sales Manager, you will offer tailored solutions to prospects and customers for selling used agricultural equipment principally by unreserved auction. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using market data and pricing insights to guide clients toward the best disposition strategy—whether through auction but also Marketplace‑E (Negotiated Sale), or listing. Your understanding of machinery value, condition, and pricing will be key to your success. You’ll build long‑term relationships, understand customer needs, and adapt solutions to create recurring business. Your goal‑oriented mindset and collaborative spirit will help you thrive in a fast-paced, team‑driven environment.
You Will Be Accountable For:
- Selling multi‑channel solutions within the assigned agricultural territory
- Identifying geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
- Growing sales through new business development and recurring customer relationships
- Developing strategic plans to secure potential customers
- Maintaining and updating your Playbook regularly
- Coordinating with the 'Win Team' to ensure seamless execution of sales, including support from operations, administration, valuations, and field marketing
What You Bring:

- Deep understanding of agricultural machinery, including valuation, pricing, and condition assessment
- Proven ability to create recurring customers by adapting solutions to their needs
- 5+ years of experience in the used ag machinery business

- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
