How you’ll make a difference as a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator:
- Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children, supporting their development in line with the EYFS
- Work flexibly with teams to deliver engaging activities and maintain routines in the nursery
- Build positive relationships with children and families, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment
What a Supply/Bank Early Years Educator needs:
- Desirable but not essential to be Level 2 qualified or higher in a UK recognised early years qualification
- An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage, or enthusiasm to learn more
- Knowledge of safeguarding children
