Due to the SEND need in Austin Farm Academy, we currently require an NVQ Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant. We are seeking to recruit a highly supportive, friendly and experienced Teaching Assistant.

The successful candidate needs to demonstrate a secure level of understanding of SEND needs, particularly ASD and ADHD, and to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning. The role starts in September 2026 and is a fixed‑term position ending 31/8/2028.

Key qualifications and experience:

  • NVQ Level 2 (or above) in a relevant field
  • Proven experience with SEND students, especially ASD and ADHD
  • Excellent track record of supportive teaching and behaviour management
