Austin Farm Academy currently requires an NVQ Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant. We are seeking to recruit a highly supportive, friendly and experienced Teaching Assistant. The person appointed would need the skills and qualities necessary to demonstrate a secure level of understanding of both the Early Years Framework and KS1 National curriculum practice.
The successful candidate needs to promote consistently high levels of behaviour and learning, to join our team in September 2026. Teaching Assistants with a minimum level 2 requirement or above, and/or an excellent, proven track record of experience are welcome to apply.
