We're looking for a friendly and proactive Agricultural Sales Team Member to join our store team. This role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience, face to face and via telephone, supporting day‑to‑day store operations and contributing to a positive, knowledgeable, solution‑focused environment.

About The Role

  • Contract: Temporary
  • Hours: Full‑time, 35 hours per week, rota basis.
  • As an Agricultural Sales Team Member, you will help customers find the right products, maintain high standards of presentation, and support stock control and merchandising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties and telephone enquiries.
  • Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories.
  • Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal.

About You

  • Genuine interest in agricultural customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards.
  • Confident, approachable, self‑motivated, flexible and team‑oriented attitude.
  • Experience in agriculture sales is essential.
