Responsibilities:
- Deliver practical sessions and provide hands‑on instruction to students in the Agricultural Engineering program.
- Prepare and schedule practical activities and monitor overall progress of each student, ensuring learning objectives are met.
- Mentor and guide students, supporting their development of skills and knowledge in agriculture.
- Demonstrate current developments within the specialist area and keep up to date with industry changes.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified to at least Level 3 (or equivalent) in a professional relevant subject.
- Recent industrial experience in the relevant specialist area.
- Able to confidently deliver high‑quality, effective practical sessions that enhance learning.
- Demonstrated understanding of current developments within your specialist area.
Welsh Language Requirement:
Essential. Candidates must demonstrate Level 3 Welsh language skills. A Welsh Language skills assessment will form part of the selection process to identify competence, confidence and suitability for a development plan.

This requires an Enhanced DBS with Barred List check and disclosure of all cautions and convictions. Successful candidates may also need to register with the Education Workforce Council.
