We're now looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our growing team at Newcastle Airport.

This is not just a front-of-house leadership position - it's a key operational and analytical role. You'll work closely with the General Manager, taking ownership of labour planning, rota control, cost and waste management, and financial performance tracking.

- Proven experience in hospitality management - ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or airport environment
- Strong planning, analytical and organisational skills with confidence using data to improve performance
- Hands-on leader who thrives in service and leads by example
- Collaborative mindset - able to work closely with fellow managers toward shared targets and goals
- Passion for operational excellence, team development, and delivering results
