We are looking for a Full Time Permanent Horticultural Manager to join the team in our Weaver Vale Garden Centre.
The Role:
- Hours for the role are 42.5 per week over 5 days.
- All positions include regular weekend working so flexibility is a must.
As a Horticultural Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing the outdoor plant area. You must be a qualified horticulturalist with retail management experience. You will need to be able to manage your department to achieve sales and profit targets whilst motivating your team to maximise opportunities and inspiring them to offer the highest standards of customer service.
