The University of Reading is seeking to appoint a Head of School for the School of Agriculture Policy and Development. The role is for an established Professor or Associate Professor with proven academic leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership for the School, setting its vision and strategic direction
- Represent the School externally, engaging with key stakeholders
- Ensure long‑term financial sustainability of the School
- Play a significant role in contributing to leadership at the wider University level
- Support and shape the Agri‑Food Futures Strategy and integration of research initiatives within the School
