Unlike a traditional social compliance or food safety audit, this program focuses on physical and psychological safety of the crew members. As an Assessor, you will evaluate the degree to which workplace standards are implemented at both the developmental and restaurant levels. Your goal is to verify that management systems are robust enough to protect and support the workforce.
Key Requirements
- Protocol Adherence: Ability to strictly align with a specific scope and protocol without deviating into traditional audit habits.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to interview diverse staff levels, from management to crew.
- Analytical Mindset: Capacity to evaluate policy implementation and management system effectiveness.
Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience in Social Auditing and/or APSCA qualification is highly preferred.
Locations: Home-based within one of the following countries: Europe (Hungary, Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Latvia), Caucasus & Eastern Europe (Georgia, Azerbaijan), Central America & Caribbean (Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Martinique), South America (Uruguay), Africa (Morocco, Mauritius), Asia (Japan).
