Overview: CWA is looking to expand our offer at our Cambridge (Milton) campus by re‑introducing agricultural courses including L2 Technical Certificate in Agriculture. Our Cambridge campus has a rich environment, where students gain practical hands‑on experience alongside classroom‑based learning. This exciting new role will influence the delivery of agricultural learning through the development of resources, practical and classroom‑based teaching. Teaching is a thoroughly rewarding and respected career.
Responsibilities: You will influence the delivery of agricultural learning through the development of resources, practical and classroom‑based teaching.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification or Degree in a relevant subject area, or equivalent. Must have relevant industrial experience in a rural or agricultural environment, experience in arable, and machinery. Experience of teaching is preferred, but not essential. Must hold a relevant teaching qualification or be committed to obtaining one at level 5 within the first 3 years of employment. Must hold a Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE A*-C/9-4) or equivalent or be willing to obtain within 18 months of employment.
