We’re looking for a commercially driven Crop Nutrition Farm Sales Manager to join our Crop Nutrition Services team and help farmers across the South East unlock the full potential of their crops through innovative nutrition solutions.

Based from a home office in the South East of England – ideally Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and surrounding counties.

Responsibilities

  • Grow Your Territory – Develop and implement sales plans that grow market share and deliver sustainable business growth across your region.
  • Build Lasting Partnerships – Create trusted relationships with farmers and industry stakeholders, understanding their challenges and helping them achieve their goals.
  • Deliver Value – Promote Yara’s market‑leading crop nutrition solutions, providing practical advice and tailored recommendations that support customer success.
  • Identify New Opportunities – Proactively seek out new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and help bring innovative solutions to market.
  • Be a Trusted Partner – Stay informed on agricultural trends, crop production challenges, and sustainability developments, sharing valuable insights with customers and colleagues.

Profile

We are interested in people who are passionate about agriculture, customer success, and delivering results. The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Experience from a customer‑facing commercial sales, or business development role (it would be highly advantageous if you have a background in fertilizer sales).
  • Knowledge of agriculture, crop production, agronomy, or the wider farming industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive and self‑motivated approach with a focus on delivering results.
  • The ability to identify customer needs and develop practical solutions.
  • A full UK driving licence.
