We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Agricultural Service Engineer to join our Engine Farm Workshop team near Ely, Cambs. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to begin a career in agricultural engineering, working with one of the UK's leading fresh produce growers. What you will be doing:
- Supporting the repair and maintenance of a wide range of agricultural machinery
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and technical faults
- Carrying out servicing and repairs in both workshop and field environments
- Assisting with assembly and pre‑delivery inspections (PDI) of new machinery
- Using manufacturer software and technical manuals for fault finding
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in line with Health & Safety standards.
What we are looking for:
- A degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Excel)
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and resilient approach to learning and development
