An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Corporate Governance. The Head of Corporate Governance is a key leadership role within AGH Solutions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to provide crucial corporate governance support to a forward-looking wholly owned subsidiary that directly supports the NHS frontline.
Responsibilities
- Provide crucial corporate governance support to the AGH Solutions Ltd Board and provide advice on matters of corporate governance, including interpreting procedures and rules within the AGH Solutions Ltd legal and regulatory framework, and ensure professional, effective and efficient administrative support to the Board and Board Committees.
- Lead and ensure comprehensive mechanisms are in place to manage and measure the corporate governance of AGH Solutions Ltd, with a view to achieving best practice and continued improvement against national standards.
- Ensure relevant national regulations and policies are implemented, supported by written procedures and policies.
- Regularly liaising with the Trust’s Corporate Affairs function, stakeholders and external advisors.
