We are looking for highly motivated and professional individuals capable of working well within our current Estates team.
Responsibilities
- Lighting checks
- Replacement of lighting tubes or bulbs
- Cleaning diffusers
- Fixing of notice boards, clocks, notices, etc.
- Replacement of damaged ceiling tiles
- Cleaning extract fans and ventilation grilles
- Replacement/re‑fixing of toilet seats
- Replacement/re‑fixing of hand/safety rails
- Inspection and first aid repairs to flooring
- Re‑washing hot and cold water taps
- Temperature checks of water services
- Care of curtain tracks, blinds, etc.
