Join Our Patient Catering Team! We’re on a mission to transform mealtimes into moments of care, comfort, and connection. Our Patient Catering Team & Hostess Housekeeping team is evolving – and we’re looking for a passionate, people‑loving Catering Supervisor to lead the charge.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of catering colleagues, hostesses, and housekeepers.
- Onboard and train new team members.
- Keep the service running efficiently – from data collection and delivery to mealtime execution.
- Ensure every patient’s dining experience is served with excellence and a smile.
- Communicate with staff, colleagues, and service users, taking corrective action where appropriate.
- Ensure patient meal requirements are ordered, assembled and delivered in a timely manner at ward level.
- Assist with hospitality delivery to users and ensure services meet required standards.
- Promote a Just Culture throughout the team.
