The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
The post holder will work closely with and provide advice to the AGH Solutions Ltd Board on matters of corporate governance, such as interpreting procedures and rules within the AGH Solutions Ltd legal and regulatory framework and ensure that professional, effective and efficient administrative support is provided to the Board and Board Committees.
The post holder will lead and ensure comprehensive mechanisms are in place to manage and measure the corporate governance of AGH Solutions Ltd, with a view to achieving best practice and continued improvement against national standards. Other duties will include ensuring relevant national regulations and policies are implemented supported by written procedures and policies. Regularly liaising with the Trust's Corporate Affairs function, stakeholders and with external advisors.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Corporate Governance. The Head of Corporate Governance is a key leadership role within AGH Solutions Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Airedale NHS Foundation Trust.
If you are offered a position which requires you to undertake a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, Airedale NHS Foundation Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £54.40, Standard or Basic £26.40) from your first full month's salary. This is a condition of your employment.
