We are looking for an Estates PPM Coordinator to join our team., We are looking for a highly motivated and professional individual capable of working well within our current Estates team who can liaise with the client to coordinate planned and reactive tasks using internal and external resources. The role will also incorporate general office duties as required., The purpose of the PPM Coordinator role is to upkeep, track and monitor the consistency of AGH Solutions PPM Plan and PPM database. The role is accountable for the following: Responsible for the co-ordination of all planned services for all the zones and departments predominantly focussing on AGH Solutions internal PPM delivery. Responsible for PPM task reallocation for all AGH Solutions Estates internal resource and suppliers for all zones and departments. To accurately record and maintain all information necessary to give accurate planning schedules reflecting operational queries relating to planned maintenance. To liaise with the zones and departments and perform mid-month checks on the assigned PPM schedules and escalate any risks associated with PPM completion rate for all zones and departments appropriately to the Estates Maintenance
