Overview
Are you passionate about customer service, interested in retail and food? If so, we may just have the job for you in our onsite restaurant.
Following a major investment in our restaurant, we are now looking for additional colleagues to join our restaurant team – full training will be given.
Responsibilities
- Serve breakfasts and lunch to colleagues, patients and visitors.
- Assist with hospitality for colleagues, and help with catering service needs.
- Make inhouse baguettes, fruit pots, and assist with placing orders.
- Communicate with the Catering Supervisor and Management any problems or potential improvements to the service.
- Carry out all duties to the required standard for the provision of catering services within the hospital.
Working pattern
The restaurant is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so you will need to be flexible. Shifts vary from 0700–1900 and will be allocated on an ad-hoc basis to cover service demands, sickness and annual leave.
Training and eligibility
Full training will be given. Training will initially be for 2 weeks, Monday–Friday. We welcome applications from those in underrepresented categories.
