We’re looking for a Technical Instructor to join our team based in Dubai, but other European locations will be considered.

As part of a global team, this role will ensure a high standard of delivery Gas Generator related technical training with a focus on INNIO product certifications, primarily to Operations teams, to accelerate time to competency. The role will also provide subject matter expertise to aid in the development of future content as well enabling the continual improvement of the existing technical curriculum.

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver, facilitate and deploy Aggreko training to an advanced level in line with defined INNIO standards, business needs and planned training schedules.
  • Work collaboratively with L&D and HR colleagues to efficiently plan and schedule training course delivery.
  • Maintain records of training activities, participantprogress, and program effectivenesswithin Workday and partner with the Principal Gas Instructor on projects and further development of material and processes.
  • Establish, review and continually improve course content and objectives to ensure the desired level of capability / competence can continue to be developed.
  • Manage all elements for safety before and during technical training through continuous risk assessment and mitigation, with special responsibility for “Live” training.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Proficient in English (Proficiency in Spanish or French would be advantageous).
  • Minimum Certification as a INNIO technician level 1.
  • Gas Generator Commissioning experience is essential.
  • Willingness to travel globally at regular frequencies dependent on training plans.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver training plans and processes.
