We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our site in Dumbarton. responsible for managing the development and lifecycle of both new and existing products, combining market-driven product management with hands-on engineering design.

What you'll do:
- Lead the design and development of new products and enhancements to existing ones
- Translate market needs into technical specifications and product requirements
- Apply engineering principles to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability
- Conduct feasibility studies, failure analysis, and implement design improvements
- Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation
- Support manufacturing, testing, and operations teams with technical guidance
- Support the improvement of HSE performance via product design and operational guidance, ensuring safety is given top priority.
- Provide support and mentorship for team members
You'll have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in electrical product design and development
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, testing, and validation
- Experience managing moderately complex projects with minimal oversight
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
