We’re looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join our Procurement team. We welcome applications from across the UK, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be assigned to one of our designated sites.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the Finance/Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contract with third-party providers
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with BPO providers, consultancies, and audit partners
- Collaborate closely with Aggreko’s Centre of Excellence Director, Shared Services Delivery Lead, CFO, and senior finance personnel globally
- Lead negotiations on contract close out, extension, and renewal activities
- Chair monthly contract review meetings and drive follow-up on contractual actions and change requests
- Manage issue and change management related to BPO or other Master Service Agreements, ensuring compliance with finance and risk requirements
- Own contractual correspondence and liaise with group legal as needed
- Monitor cost-effectiveness and value for money of Master Service Agreements
- Proactively manage supplier relationships to identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and cost reduction
- Oversee operational, commercial, and supply chain risk management and reporting
You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience
- Proven track record managing complex, high-value supplier partnerships
- Experienced within a multinational FTSE 250 or Fortune 500 company
- Extensive experience in contract management and BPO strategy development and implementation
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on maximizing value
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with third-party BPO or outsourced organizations
