Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales and bookings objectives. Market Penetration: Identify opportunities within the market and develop strategies to penetrate these using a direct sales approach. Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure that the infrastructure supports the growing needs of the industry. Market Growth: Grow market share by targeting competitor accounts and expanding within existing customer bases, while maintaining high service standards. Strategic Selling: Apply strategic selling principles to identify customer needs and offer the best solutions. CRM Management: Use CRM tools effectively to manage customer activities, leads, and data. Process Compliance: Adhere to Aggreko’s sales process and ensure compliance with CRM and CPQ procedures. You’ll Have The Following Skills And Experience Strong experience in technical sales A solid understanding of temperature control or temporary power equipment A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to collaborate across teams Excellent time management, planning, and organisational skills Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts Strong presentation and objection-handling skills to build trust and long-term relationships Find out more and apply now!
