We're looking for a Projects Technical Sales & Development Manager based in the UK. We welcome applications from across the UK, with the expectation that the successful candidate will be assigned to one of our designated sites.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for large power and temperature control projects.
  • Identify and evaluate potential opportunities from warm leads.
  • Provide recommendations to boost sales within Major Projects.
  • Receive customer enquiries, quote for work, negotiate contracts, and secure orders.
  • Identify value‐added engineering opportunities.
  • Promote Aggreko's engineering and technical resources, and deliver high‐value, profitable projects.
  • Coordinate with all Aggreko functions on engineering and project planning, execution, invoicing, and market training.
  • Work with Marketing to develop advertising, PR, sales campaign strategies, and literature.

You'll Have The Following Skills And Experience:

  • Commercial background dealing with large power or temperature control projects.
  • A technical or engineering background.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Ability to develop stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively across wider teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.
  • Self‐motivated, with strong problem‐solving skills and the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and think beyond day‐to‐day remit.
  • Expert‐level negotiation skills with commercial terms and legal agreements.
